Stephen Bradley-Carter
Stephen is our Managing Director and Senior Business Consultant in Honiton, Devon. He started Strategic Development & Consulting to bring his passion for business improvement to companies across the UK. He worked in the BPO industry for clients across four continents in a wide range of sectors.
Stephen specialised in applying the client strategy to create teams and collaborate with the client leadership to optimise operations, address pain points, and drive efficiency. With a background in Lean Six Sigma, data analysis, computer science, and law, he brings technical insight alongside strategic thinking.
